About Us

Nonprofit Strategy Group is a partnership of experienced, successful nonprofit executives with a full range of expertise and roles, including Executive Director, Chief Advancement Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Operations. Our team has also served in a wide variety of board roles at local, regional, and national organizations.

  • Mimi is an accomplished nonprofit executive who has held multiple leadership roles at local and national nonprofits, and served as a board leader and consultant for some of our community’s flagship organizations. Her experience spans the education, arts/culture, government, health/human services, faith, and civic sectors. She is known for her expertise in strategic planning, fundraising and growth campaigns, membership programs, social enterprise programs, public policy, marketing, and brand strategy. With career-long dedication and respect for the nonprofit sector, she believes these challenging times can lay the groundwork for meaningful, mission-driven transformation.

    With deep roots in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Mimi and her husband are currently adjusting to an empty nest after raising four daughters.

  • Andy is a seasoned nonprofit executive with deep experience in multiple facets of leadership. Andy’s roles have included Executive Director, Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Advancement and Annual Campaign. He brings the highly valuable ability to pair adaptive strategy with an eye toward implementation.

    He’s had over a dozen years of consulting experience, building long-term relationships with nonprofits and mission-driven companies on projects ranging from developing strategy to campaign management to leadership communications.

    Andy lives in White Bear Lake with his wife, four kids, and his wheaten terrier, Clover.
